Kingaroy Bowls Club and Amenities

At Kingaroy Bowls Club you are always welcome, Whether your interest is in the wonderful game of Lawn Bowls or simply enjoying the club facilities and relaxed social enviroment.

Established in 1937, the Kingaroy Bowls Club started out from humble beginings to become one of the major bowls clubs in the South Burnett. The club has two full size greens providing 7 rinks each. The Clubhouse includes a Bar area with 8 poker machines and dining every Friday night with low cost meals from 6pm. Raffles and the Members draw give you the chance to go home with a prize or two.

Saturday Night the club is buzzing with Bingo from 7pm with jackpots from $500. The bar is open from 5pm so you can have a quiet drink before "eyes down".

The club offers a pleasant atmosphere with a strong social spirit.

Lawn Bowls

Social Lawn Bowls is played every Thursday and Sunday ( Mufti) with play starting at 1pm ( 12:30 during Winter) so make sure you name is in 1 Hour before play. 

Carnivals are played in July and November and a Corporate league is played every season (except winter ) on a Tuesday Night at 7pm. 

So you can see why Lawn Bowls attracts Males and Female of all ages ranging from 7 to 99. 

Barefoot Bowls

Get your feet on the grass and have some fun in the sun with Barefoot Bowls. Its Lawn Bowls gone casual and just the thing to do with a group of friends on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. We have Lights so it can be played nights as well. The dress code is as relaxed as the atmosphere and you dont need a lot of experience to have fun with the game. So give us a ring and try it out for yourself.

Playing Bowls regularly can improve your health, strengthen your immune system and sharpen your mind. It can also increase your bone strength, improve muscles and decrease blood pressure. along with improved sleep patterns, joint flexibility and reduced anxiety. People of all Physical capabilities can participate in this popular Sport.

In a Typical game you can Walk 1.5 klms and lift 92 kgs. Bend and stretch up to 88 times and do 21 step ups. Sounds like a decent work out.
